The ceiling nobody mentions

A one-to-one coaching practice has a hard capacity limit of roughly 10 to 15 active clients. Everything about pricing follows from that number, and most coaches discover it by hitting it rather than by planning around it.

What the ceiling does to your pricing

Twelve clients at $5,000 a package is $60,000 a year. That is a full book. There is no version of working harder that turns it into $120,000, because the twenty-fourth client does not exist in a 26 to 35 hour week.

There are exactly three ways past it: charge more per client, sell something that is not delivered per hour, or sell to organisations where one contract replaces several individuals. The report shows 94% of coaches earning above $100,000 have done at least one of the three.

The same twelve clients plus one group programme reaches $100,000 to $150,000. That is the entire arithmetic of a six-figure coaching practice, and it is not a marketing problem.

If you are fully booked and still not earning enough, more leads will not help. You have a capacity problem wearing a marketing problem’s clothes.
