Eleven ways to fill a calendar

Every one of these is documented as working for someone. None of them works for everyone. The variable that actually decides it is not conversion rate, it is whether you can sustain the thing the funnel demands every week for a year.

If you need a client this month

6 of these produce clients in days or weeks: Direct outreach, Instagram DM automation, The 5-day challenge, Webinar or masterclass, Quiz funnel, Free assessment or audit. Direct outreach is the only one that needs no audience, no budget and no assets, which is why it is the standard answer for a coach starting from nothing.

It is also the one nobody wants to hear, because it does not scale and it never stops being manual. That is the trade: fastest to first client, worst to run at volume.

If you are building for next year

4 take months or longer: Content and email sequence, Free community, Corporate outbound, Retreat or in-person intensive. What you get for the wait is an asset rather than a campaign. Content and email in particular is the only structure here that you still own when a platform changes its algorithm.

The mistake is picking a slow funnel while needing a fast outcome, then concluding after eight weeks that it does not work. Most of them do. They just do not do it yet.

Almost every conversion figure on these pages is a practitioner estimate rather than a measured study, and several funnels have no published conversion at any stage. Where that is true, the funnel page says so rather than filling the gap.
